As CEO & Co-Founder of Koud Oy, I combine strategic leadership with hands-on technical expertise. I work closely with our leadership team to ensure sustainable growth and strong culture—positioning Koud as a top provider of Golang talent in Finland. Alongside my executive role, I remain technically involved as a software engineer, working primarily with Unity, C#, and Golang.

My journey began in the gaming industry over 13 years ago as a game developer. I've been working with Unity for 15+ years, releasing and rewriting multiple games, optimizing performance-critical systems, and building scalable applications. From developing mobile games to backend systems, I've worked on everything from startup mergers to scaling organizations.
